If you send an order enquiry to support@dronepartsguide.com, we use the message, your email address, the tray list and any delivery details so we can reply and, if you ask, prepare a sale and delivery.
Why we handle this information
We use correspondence to answer an enquiry, take steps toward a contract, meet tax and record-keeping duties if a sale proceeds, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.
Who else might see it
This site does not load analytics or advertising pixels. If we ship goods, we give the delivery address to the chosen carrier only for that delivery. Hosting of this website is provided by our web host.
How long we keep email
We keep correspondence for as long as the matter requires and, if a sale occurs, for the period required by Australian tax and corporations record rules. Browser storage lasts until you clear it.
Access and correction
You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold, and you may complain to us at the email above. We will say if a legal exception applies.
